Even with the addition of Paea (TBA on Wednesday along with Withers) Rovers pack needs an experienced 'impact' forward. There are positives signs and potential about Cox, Taylor and Watts but they will need to be led (by example) by a seasoned campaigner. Cuthbertson fits the bill but it seems he will opt to stay in the NRL.
I have heard the rumour circulating Kurt Gidley is the player Sandercock will be bringing with him. That would be a sensational signing! |

Neville Costigan has a criminal record - drink driving offence - so there could be a visa problems there. |

Nev Costigan could be released - he is old, not in great form, and Bennett released him from Saints last year.

So we've signed McConnell who ever he is hope misi ain't gonna get his nose pushed out I like the way he plays, although he can play other positions well both of them can, wonder if this is the player we was all gonna get excited about can't see it as it was only in the hdm yesterday that Craig needs to speak to Hudge first.
