my betting is you will say weve finished lower then in 2009 - which proves your all talking shiite and you need to get back on your own forum as nothing thats been said is contructive in any way.

TBF both sides of the argument have validity. It is true that as far as prize money in concerned Rovers finished 6th, but imo the league doesn't lie especially now without the lop sided fixtures of recent years. I would say Rovers finished 4th in all honesty and therefore are a top 4 club.
As an aside and being as prize money is only available to those who finish in a play-off position would it be fair to say that everyone who finished outside the top 8 finished joint last??  |

I know SKY don't like it, but I think the best way to view it is with the league and playoffs as two separate competitions. Finishing 4th in the league is a good achievement, finishing 6th in the playoffs not so much.
It's a good point about the league placings having more validity nowadays with a straightforward fixture list. I'd like to see more kudos given to the team finishing top as a result.
