Only 31, i thought he was a few years older. Always rated him when i have seen him play. Rough, tough and talent a plently.
64 tries in 272 games isnt bad for the type of player he is. If it was to be correct that he is available he would certainly be a major prioroty to sign at least a 1 and half year deal, providing he is not demanding the moon and stars! He is exactly the type of player we are crying out for at this exact time.
Plus i would imagine a visa should be as straight forward as it comes due to his time a Saints. (may even have citizinship as he was at Saints for 4 years).

Not you lot.
Uate to Huddersfield and Sandow to Toronto are the latest rumours, which might be causing Dave to worry. Tomkins is going to the Dragons, but that’s the only one I can recall worth mentioning.

| A rumour going around that Widnes are about to appoint Craig Bellamy as their new coach with immediate effect and he's bringing over 6 Storm players.

Here’s one Frankie
Mason Caton-Brown has informally agreed to join Salford after the England match in Denver. Wakefield are happy to release him but with Tom Johnstone travelling to Denver with England they will only do so when he is back and providing they have no injuries in their three quarter line.
Mason Caton-Brown still lives in Salford and despite being offered a 3 year deal by Wakefield he is keen to play more often. He will probably play for Salford in the Middle 8s.

I don't class a player who can't in Wakefields side moving to Salford a big deal

| The problem for rovers is peacock's stance on salaries. He seems to think you can operate a rigid wage structure like leeds but still attract quality players who could earn more elsewhere.

Leeds do seem to be able to hold on to there players when quite a few could have easily earned more in the NRL

| The problem is that no one with any real options wants to live in east hull or play for a second rate club unless big money is thrown at them. Rovers no longer have big money to throw at anyone. The significant others of the "money men" have made sure of that. Your board is not going to drop 400k to keep your team mid table any longer. Go ahead, call me names but that's the facts, like them or not.

| It’s even harder with Toronto on the seen they seem to be paying big big money for players surely they must be nearly up to the cap of they even have one... it might of been a good idea for the rfl but can’t see it working in super league tbh

| Isn't sandow not earning a living as a bare knuckle fighter or something? Sounds like a car crash waiting to happen if you do sign him
