Never said there was anything wrong with KR charging an entry fee, just aint buying into the whole 'for the fans' speil....would be free if it was for the fans would it not??

I can't see any Rovers fans being put off by this. A good opportunity to make some money for Youth Development by putting on a good day for the fans to enjoy. Either that, or it's a Sinister Exploitation of the Fans Day |

You have me wrong, I am not knocking the club raising funds for youth development, or saying fans will be put off.Simply stating I don't buy into the 'for the fans' speil as in my opinion that isn't true.For the fans would surely be free?

P.S. Same as Hull were generiously allowing youngsters to spend their pocket money on club merchandise. |

I don't think it's a matter of either/or though and calling it a day "for the fans" would get more interest than a "Youth Development Fundraiser". Bit of a non-issue really. |
