I'm right frepped off with this rumour. He's such a likeable lad and plays every game to his best ability. That try against Leeds summed up his playing career, sheer grit and determination to succeed. Exactly the type of player we need and more so, the type of player we do not want to be letting go - particularly to our bitter rivals.

The lad came over as a teenager and has given his all. This was from our first season in Super League and he really had very little job security and left his family and friends to travel half way across the world.
That was over six years ago.
He's constantly put his body on the line, and done absolutely everything that any coach has ever asked of him. To his own personal detriment he's played every position other than six, seven and nine.
Fair enough I've taken the rise out of him for his lack of French language skills in the past, but come on Rovers, Rhys is one of us.
Do we want committed players that buy in to our ideals, beliefs, traditions and are prepared to give that back in spades?
Yes.
And who has done that more in this era that Rhys Lovegrove?'"

If Rovers sell Lovegrove to Hull against his will, I am finished with the Club. |

absolutely disgusting. it's professional sport and players move on, which some of us appreciate, but when you the people at the top are supposedly building the ethos of putting your heart and soul into the club, never say die attitude I find the news Rhys has been offered to FC a disgrace.

Rhys Lovegrove has red n white running through his veins and the club needs to do everything in there powers to keep him, its all right giving these so called big name aussies the money but Rhys is the epitomy of our great club so dispel this ridiculous rumour Rovers.

I know Rhys and his sponsor and I can categorically say there is no substance to what you are saying.

Oyster Bay is either a close relative of Rhys' (his mum, iirc) or, if not, has for some reason maintained a convincing and consistent pretence since shortly after he joined the club. If he or she is some sort of sleeper-troll, that is some pretty low-key pay-off tbf. |

i can say i am good freinds with rhys and libby, and he isn't going anywere, he loves hull kr. also he with the other 4 was offered up has tongue in cheek to get cockayne from wakey, so glad it failed also would like to say a big congrats to rhys and libby on the birth of your second child a healthy baby boy yesterday morning
