I had my daughter at castle hill best place tho when it was open was Beverley Westwood, problem is dum dum if there ain't the staff at castle hill u want to be were u know there are enuf staff is hull royal just not for you |

We were aware of the staffing issue, my partner is a nurse and her department are in the same mess, more so with her on maternity leave. HRI isn't really for us, no. |

Due date tomorrow, lots of contractions Sunday midnight till 4am but they dwindled off, this was after a long walk around Tesco so she's been for a day shopping with her mum, eaten a pineapple and is now sat on her excercise ball, fingers crossed! |

I have actually, running a bit of milk through supposedly rushes things along.
At the end of the day the baby will come when it comes, we could 'try' something and the baby comes and we'll tell everyone what to do to have their baby, but the baby might have come at that time without what we'd tried.
All these wifes tales are worth trying but I truely believe that though they might help, the baby will probably come at the same time, with or without them.
The thing is, it can't be proven either way so you just have to get on and try everything and hope for the best!

We were told to try Clary Sage oil; not sure if your supposed to massage it in, put in a hot both or burn it (like sented oil). We never tried it and apparently you can get a little high on it.

I used to make Mr Baldhead paint my toenails & shave my legs when I got really big. Bless him he did it too, without a word of complaint. |
