Don't see why they could not have pushed on with the seating areas, made them accessible from the bottom and finished the corporate bit off later, would have encouraged a few more away fans to come.

There is no reason why finished parts of projects cannot be handed over to a client, so long as that is what agreed, the legislation covering this would be the Construction Design and Management Regs 2007. One of my recent projects involved the part handing over of a large extension to a primary school, the part being worked on was boarded off and locked so access could not be obtained by non construction staff. The evacuation of the stand would be onto the pitch anyway and I would imagine access as well.

It is common to hand over floors at a time on multi storey projects, in fact several of the large blocks of apartments you see in city centres would probably have been phased occupied. It just takes good planning and management, something which NH seems to think is lacking in our new stand, which is a 'small' project in construction terms.

Anyone else notice that the red had disappeared off the right hand side tower?
I noticed some red panels on the floor that looked like the same transparent material they make conservatory roofs from. I hope they have had a rethink.

the towers were supposed to have lights in them that's why it was like it was but that has been knocked on the head so its getting replaced with a thicker material

Thank god for that. The colour did not even match the red paintwork
