Beaumont going to Saints has resulted in Griffins position being reassessed I'm led to believe and an offer will be tabled to him.
Mika is to be offered a deal but unsure what his intentions are.
Netherton may get a 12 month deal also for 2014 if the price is right.

Beaumont to Saints is abit for Rovers especially if he'd been offered a deal for 2014. Rovers stuck by him through some nasty injuries. Interesting to hear Rovers perspective on it.

Has Beaumont got potential ? Does he run his size ?

Got told today we have signed but will only be announced later on in season.

I don't want to be too hard on the kid - he's had a reet rough trot with injuries and seems to give his all - but all the rumours about this astonish me. As an inexpensive, club-trained squad player I was beginning to come round to the idea he might be worth another deal for us. From his POV I thought he might be better exploring other options, but assumed those options would most likely be in the Championship, where he would hopefully get more regular game time.
If we offered him a deal ahead of Griffin that is passing strange IMO (fwiw). If we miss out and he goes to Saints - either Nathan Brown has seen something I haven't (and his opinion is certainly worth a lot more than mine), or he's heard Eddie call him 'Young Richard Beaumont' and assumed he's 19 or something.

You obviously have a lower opinion of our squad then alot of us Rovers fans who watch Hull KR every week. Strange as if we wasn't robbed in Manchester where two points ahead of yourselves. Maybe you should be looking regards your own teams player movement & retention?
