You pay slightly more for a slightly better view.

| The other point to note is that you get 2.30 from every ticket sold back into your club - FC end up with just over £20 for the ticket which is in line with the South.
Lets face it - 23 quid to see the game compared with 18 to make out players who are over 120 metres away is reasonable.

Supply, demand and maximising revenue though, innit?
To fill your North, you need about half our regular home attendance. To fill our South we need about one tenth of your regular home support to turn up (iirc).
Our club's abuse of the meaning 'discount' and the undoubtedly questionable value for money of the Rotterdam end has had little impact on the amount of gelt Rovers could pull in for a derby. Your club's contorted definition of the same word probably won't have much effect either - but you're blessed a bigger stadium, so the dynamics are a bit different.

| On sale frepping Saturday - how inconvenient
Oh well, if needs must.
The only issue I have with Hull's pricing structure, is the need to increase the ticket price a week or more in advance.
Shouldn't really effect our North Stand allocation - but as a general principle for the rest of the visiting teams, it's unnecessary IMO. It's becoming the norm that prices @ certain places increase on the day/gate - but I can't say I've come across this away ticket policy from Hull. Kinda’ taxes the lazy/undecided/circumstantial fan if you don’t buy in that 1 week window (
If/when we sell our North Stand allocation - what will happen about the West Upper? Previously, we've sold some of these tickets - will these be subject to the £2 away price increase as well?

At which ground is the pitch 120 metres away from the stand? Seriously?

Someone measured it on Google earth before, i think the front row of your south terrace is 40 meters from the dead ball line at the south end

The original idea was to have a moat full of crocodiles for derby matches, but H&S knocked it back, so we are stuck with the large gap.

Back from a ban and already back lying through your teeth. Class act.
Where are our U-20's playing today?

Not a lie, Stan. At it's furthest point, the curve of the 'stand' takes it 40m away from the end of the pitch. Like trying to see a match from half a pitch away. Seeing yon end is impossible as it's a pitch and a half away. Can be easily checked on google maps.
Even from the closer ends of the 'stand' you can't see owing to the fact that the 'stand' is sunk, there are strategically placed advertizing boards and a wall of carefully positioned stewards.
Based on my experience of standing there. Have you tried it?

I wasn't aware custard was a made up word?, Intact I'm pretty sure it isn't.
Hardly rocket science is it.

Yes watched a derby game from there in 1997. Not a great view but equally, not as bad as it gets painted by some with an agenda.
