It will make France competitive if they are allowed to play but i dont agree with the rule if they are allowed. Sends out the wrong message to young French rugby league players wanting to play international RL not to mention the simple fact that they are not French! |

Welham at this moment in time is ahead of Hall purely on the basis that he didnt need to go out on loan to a lower league club to rebuild his confidence.
Welham is a great reader of the game.
His pace isnt blistering but he isnt the sloutch some on here are making him out to be.
His try scoring record is 1 every 2 games which in SL is above average.
Defensively he needs to improve but he will.
People are forgetting he made his break through at aged 21 not 17, 18.
Therefore he still has improvement in him.
And he has caught the eye of Tony Smith this season so maybe one day he might get Rep honours.
