| Hudge has to try but I don't see this ending well for him.
However, can Neil now turn has anger to the poor decision making of his coach?

| What has happened to freedom of speech in this country, it's getting like a Russian state speak out of turn and you get fined could be worse I suppose he could be sent to Siberia or even worse West Hull. Everything he and Pearson have said is quite true the disciplinary panel is an absolute shambles I don't know how true it is but I was told that one of the panel is a relation of a Hull Vice President now if this is true how can he sit on a disciplinary panel with an unbiased view especially if a Rovers player is up before them. I have been involved in rugby league for over 50 years as a player coach and supporter but what is happening to our game is going to kill it. if I am wrong about the Hull FCC connection then I stand corrected but I was told by the usual ( good source ) any other comments would be nice to hear

Not that I know of I do not actually know who is on the panel. Surely the panel should be made up of people with no alliance to any player coming up on front of the them, there should be enough of them to cover all eventualities My previous post was created in the hope of getting some feed back from anyone that does know the answers. If there are 14 clubs why not have 14 members possibly all ex players one from each club, if a rovers player is on trial then no none from Hull or Rovers should be on the panel same as if a Wigan player is up none from Wigan should be involved as Stevo says it's that simple or am. I wrong?

Surely it's a conflict of interest a judge or a barrister aren't allowed to sit on a judgment if they have any connection to the Person up in court it should be the same for the RFL Panel. I have just looked on the RFL web site and the panel has 3 members on a rota basis George Fairburns name is not among the panel rota shown for January to May 2014 it is the same people and mixtures of ex player Icram Butt Danny Sculthorpe Graham. Hallas a guy called Charlesworth and others did not take all names just ones I had heard of and one. I didn't

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

| You didn't what?
Hide on the grassy knoll?
Give the order to sink The Belgrano?
Supply my Man Of The Year, Paul Flowers with class A drugs and rent boys?
My friend Lee was at some of those parties and everyone knew that Minister Flowers had a penchant for a bit of Columbian marching powder and a delicate young thing.

| Neil is quite right about the decisions being made before you even get in there. The onus is on you to prove you are innocent and not for them to prove you are guilty. If you have different video angles of alleged incidents they won't let you use them. They won't accept scientific evidence. You can't use previous incidents to highlight why you think an incident should be a lower grade or not considered at all.
Its not worth appealing as you have to put up an extra £300 before the appeal starts and if you lose (which, being from Hull you will) then you lose the £300 also.
The whole of Red Hall needs a shake up, they should also relocate to central Leeds so that players could get the train in. The stately house of Red Hall is very impressive but hardly easily accessible to all.

I agree with the first two paragraphs, but not the third. There's no way that Gary Hetherington is moving house just to make it easier for our lads to turn up for their punishment.
