As good as greg eden is attacking he is a liability in defence, constantly having brain farts! Keating is not up to the job and I think sandy needs to concentrate on the basics, we have the players but we are already playing catch up with teams around us after 4games!

For gods sake we've only played 4 games and 3 of them were against the 3 best sides in the competition save slitting your wrists until after the next couple of home games we've also had a big turnover of players so be patient it will Al come good in the end

I won't pretend that performances aren't dispiriting. But in terms of position, we did/do have an unusually tough set of fixtures to start this season. Our not getting off to a flyer is no surprise.

The bigger worry than points on the board so far, is that the problems seem pretty deep-rooted. IMO. Maybe it'll click at some point soon. But fitness, fringe defence and attacking cohesion all seem to be issues. And while we're (possibly) not getting 'bullied' down the middle, we don't seem to be doing a great deal of 'bullying' ourselves.

But it's not about just this season tho is it! How many games do we have to endure with inept performances before people wake up and take notice!

would'nt say it matters to much losing against teams like leeds,saints and wigan.they'll all be above you.you've taken a point off last years league leaders away so even with losing to cas i'd say your only a point down on what alot of people predicted.maybe has'nt helped with the hype this year about best squad for years.i believed it myself and totally thought you had made the better signings.we've had the hype for years and to me it only puts more pressure on team and leads to fans been disappointed if everything not going their way.wait until you play the teams around 5th-10th and then you'll have a realistic idea of where you are.

Even though we've had an unbelievably tough start fixtures wise,I'm still really disappointed.This is Sandercocks team now,he can have no excuses.its time to get rid.Hull took a chance with Radford and it seems to be going ok for them at the moment,why don't we give Chris Chester a go.Can he do any worse?

CS is a valuable asset to the club but not as a head coach. It would be interesting to see if he'd be willing to stick around with a head coach appointed above him.

Last season we beat saints and cas at home! Im not slitting wrists but we are making to many simple mistakes yet in the HDM we read everyday how where putting it right, then game day comes and same story! All the teams we are going to be battling for positions with seem to have improved.

This is all on Hudge. If performances don't improve by the Wakefield home match by the end of March, that should make up his mind. Tho I bet he's not a happy bunny at the mo.

I thought you looked a decent team tonight however Greg Eden would frustrate the hell out of me if i was a KR fan. Looks decent in attack at times and comes up with the odd magical play. However he is up there with Kevin Penny for just basic mistakes and costly ones at that.

Put him in charge of the burger van. He's useless. I hope you extend his contract

3 points out of a possible last 20 would suggest the start of this season and/or the turnover of players isn't the issue.

How long do we sit on CS? Until it's a god awful job just to survive?

London aside who else is worse than us ATM? Cas-Nope, Wakey-Nope, Salford-Nope, Widnes-Nope, Bradford-Possibly.

If we are not careful we will face the unthinkable and if anyone thinks it's not possible I suggest they wake up to it PDQ.

We haven't lost to Wigan yet.

Expected to lose tonight but the manner of it disappoints me, just the same as it did against Leeds. Started slowly but got to half time level and had a try ruled out and bombed a chance or two.



Came out a different team. What happened at half time I don't know but the consistency of our performance within the 80 minutes is crazy, and annoyingly repetitive. And it will continue to cost us if we don't sort it out.



Ok Saints came out strong in the opening 20 of each half but we must be expecting that and we really don't help ourselves either, its hard enough without being your own worst enemy.



The half back pairing still doesn't look great, even acknowledging they are only 4 games in. We know what Burns is about and I think with a good organising 7 leading us around the park he would be effective. Unfortunately Keating hasn't stepped up and taken control, hes in and out of the game. Example- put a great kick in downfield to put them under pressure. Didn't do anything of note for our next 3 attacking sets.



Finally defence is still a massive problem for us, primarily on the edges. Ok we have had many changes from 2-5 but our sliding defence is awful and has been for such a long time I just don't understand how CS has failed to improve this at all during his reign. The other issue is when we concede one try, we are susceptible to shipping 3 or 4 on the bounce and losing the game in a short space if time. Almost like a boxer getting wobbled and just cant get to the end of the round hanging in there.



Didn't realise how many problems we had until I started typing and I can think of more but it would depress me to continue further.



Im struggling to believe CS can get the best out of us I just don't think he has it in him. Time is up on my watch, although I will continue to support the team of course. Say we beat Wakey and Bradford, does that then mean were all ok again and CS gets another month of patience? I think this squad is better than what we are seeing. Believe it or not it is improved from last year, but we cant see that whilst the same flaws in our structures and gameplan stay with us.

Biggest concerns after watching tonights game...



Defending the opposition kicks to the in goal is dismal.....



Keating is nowhere near the "class act" many thought he would be...



Sorry, but I think Eden would look a bit shaky in Championship 1,.... so out of his depth at this level..

it's not so much the losing against the top sides but the manner in which we lose, we don't seem to be able to compete with them.
