Is that after last years white one with a red stripe across the middle!!!
Not overly keen on either this year, I'm not a fan of the crowns in the red, but each to there own. Still deciding whether to get one or not.

Too many curvy bits at the top of the shirt (something to do with Burrda i believe) to be classed as a traditional style shirt for me personally.

As Barham says, 2012 was as traditional as you're likely to get nowadays.
It's difficult to come up with new ideas year on year. Hull have been more conservative in recent times, whereas Rovers have chucked 2 or 3 in from leftfield. Realistically it's as much about what'll sell best as it is what'll look best.
We're fortunate to have the traditional-alternative red and blue shirt to fall back on - I'd have gone with that, but it only puts off the 'problem' until next year.
fwiw worth I thought your 2008 and 2010 shirts were very good designs - you've not really had any stinkers, but a few have been a bit bland and samey.

Everyone is entitled to one Bas.For what its worth ,in mine I think the shirt would have looked better with a straight line joining the white slighly higher up.Not too keen on ours either.

| My missus reckons that it may have looked better if the red had been at the top and the white part at the bottom, she says it would then have more in common with a red robin for which of course we are known as.
I rarely like to aggree with her but on this ocasion she may have a point, any way, my 17 year old nephew likes it and so do i, so we will be purchasing a couple of them either just before or just after Christmas.

| Bought the away shirt yesterday, very pleased with it.
Not bothering with the home shirt (first time since 02 I've not got it). Decided couldn't justify buying both, + have got a few retro home ones to wear anyway, inc the 98 Avec one (red with blue & white 'flashes') which imo is just an utter classic.

| Not a fan of your home kit. The away isn't bad but I guess it could have been far worsehttps://www.oldrugbyshirts.com/img/season_shirts/thumbnails/hull-kr-alternative-away-rugby-shirt-1994-to-1995-s_1424_1_500x400.jpg" >

I know not everyones cup of tea but I do like the Riding Bitter shirt and wish I got it at the time. We always have liked a bit of Orange on our shirts

| Conroy I have to be honest - I love all three of those away shirts! Utter 90's classics IMO, I bought the Riding Bitter one for about £15-£20 from that popular auction site a few years ago, really wish I owned the first two as well. Although it was dark times off the pitch, there's something about the visits to York, Keighley, Dewsbury etc that I miss. Not that I would change our SL status for anything, but there was a tight-knit feel about the club and fans back then, was an amazing sight turning up at away grounds and seeing Rovers outnumber the home support by 2-1 or 3-1.

I thought the words "How about it?" brought that on.
