He also removed Harvey Howard and replaced him with Justin morgan. What's your point?

No.
Highest SL attendance for a home game with Leeds was 2008 when we got 9,391. This was the 1st game with the East Stand extension open (as well as J.Webbo's last game).

Life is a game of inches, so is football. Because in either game - life or football - the margin for error is so small. I mean, one half a step too late or too early and you don't quite make it. One half second too slow, too fast and you don't quite catch it. The inches we need are everywhere around us. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone else around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when add up all those inches, that's gonna make the difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying! You've got to look at the guy next to you, look into his eyes. Now I think ya going to see a guy who will go that inch with you. Your gonna see a guy who will sacrifice himself for this team, because he knows when it comes down to it your gonna do the same for him. That's a team, gentlemen. TONY D'AMATO: |

Hull FC could be in a similar position if the 14,500 don't turn up.
You would need a fan base of around 13,600 and a derby gate of 19,000.
A tough ask in the current climate.'"
Not really, that is just based on league game revenues.
It doesnt include any play off revenue, cup game revenue and prize money which over the next few years based on the squad being built and kicking on again from improvement this year isnt out of the question.
An average of 13000 with some of the above on a regular basis will be enough and AP knows.
Actually FC will be just fine if they get it right on the pitch - and it seems they are....
That was NH plan, get a winning side and then get 10000 through the gate every game and the model then worked. Unfortunately if failed on both fronts.
I won't deny that if we fail on the pitch and we dont get to 13000/14000 we might be in the same boat, but early signs suggest that isnt goingto be the case.
But hey, let's roll with it and enjoy the ride, you did for 5 years.

| I think it shouldn't be under estimated the role of away fans play in boosting attendances, our clubs probably get the smallest number of visiting fans (apart from London & Catalan) due to our location. If some clubs returned the favour and brought as many fans to us as we do to them we'd both be much closer to reaching our target attendances.
Take for example the 3,000+ we've taken to Cas, Wakey and Wire compared to the <1,000 they brought to us. If they matched our numbers that's 6,000 more fans that would have come to the KC, roughly an extra 500 per game averaged across a season.
You guys play a massive part for us when we play at the KC, hopefully we can return the favour when the north stand is finished (still can't justify paying to use the current away end!).

I know what you're saying, but there's no point comparing Cas and Wakey to yourselves. 3000 is probably close to half their regular home support based on recent seasons. The Wire game was a one off too, roles reversed I'd imagine Wire would take a sizable crowd to the KC (like '05 - Johns factor).
There's no doubt the other Yorkshire clubs benefit the most and probably regularly pull 1000+ or so away supporters. St Helens/Wigan/Wire/Widnes all have each other to bump up their attendances. Whilst we're left with each other ... even then, with our North Stand and possible improved south development - how many Hull fans would hand us/Hudgell their money remains to be seen.

With a new away stand I would go but I wont go and try to watch the game in the South stand anymore.
