Is that because you are poor and not allowed a bankcard, lets face it I hate the thought of any of you in Craven Park so do us all a favour and stay away as you always do. By the way the gates dont re-open until 15 minutes from the end so you will have to stay to the end of this one.
What time do you have to be back in care? will this cause you a problem.  |

Good man, you are the only to question this, i was going to put a link to Rovers online ticket sales and tell them to click on the south stand, it shows "sold out", mind you, it does on all the home games,  but why let that get in the way of a little wind up. 
It's been interesting to see their responses at the thought of them selling the stand out. I'm expecting a bit of grief when they sus it but i can take it.  |

I have attended your shed and disgrace of a so called ground in the past both watching and playing and i cant think of a worse ground in SL or the country for that matter. Till you build yourselves another ground i wont be paying you any of my money. Would you pay if the roles were reversed?? you will say yes but i doubt it...you really are tapped you lot

And according to the Official site the South stand now sold out.
I'm wondering if this is the same South stand that is too far away from the pitch, to expensive and is usually boycotted by the Gateshull "faithfull"
Unless of course FC have finally hit form and won a few matches and think they are going to win the derby.

That's terribly mean. I've been to all the CP derbies (albeit only once and never again in the dock "stand"icon_wink.gif, paid (cash) to contribute to your coffers, and ALWAYS stay to the end - you never know what you're going to see. And I like the idea of being locked in, it makes me feel safe and secure.

I will say that I sympathise 100% with Hull fans re the South Stand - in all honesty it is an absolute disgrace that the club charges £20 to stand in the South Stand. Tenner for adults, fiver for kids would be much fairer. However, is the ground as a whole really worse then Odsal, Belle Vue, The Jungle, and The Willows? (no offence / disrespect to those clubs).

When the Golf moves to the South and the new North stand is built we'll have a tidy little stadium. I travel to watch rovers at the likes of Wakefield, Cas, Salford, Bradford and upto last season knowsley rd all which are worse without a complaint from myself. I go to watch my team not sample the amenities.

So, is the South Stand sold out, or is it that you can't purchase tickets online because FC have got what remains (if any) at their ticket office?

We've filled the south stand every year since youve been promoted. We may not have 'sold out' that end every year but to say that it was only 'half full' last year is complete nonsense. Even the year we only reportedly sold 600 tickets, it was still full on the day, and even after the game there was more than a handful of you on here saying exactly the same.
