| I think it would be better for Craig if he went to another club rather than to us. As has been stated he would be at best 4th choice if not 5th choice centre and 3rd choice winger for us. Add to that he would be under scrutiny and pressure as he'd crossed the divide which he doesn't seem to handle to well.
I think for his career development he would be better plying his trade at somewhere like Cas / Wakey so it was a complete change of surroundings and somewhere he may get a better chance of 1st team rugby.

| If you're talking about natural attacking rugby league ability, then Craig Hall is better than any centre currently playing for either Hull club, but unfortunately his defficiencies at this moment in time far outweigh the positives he brings to a team. where he needs to go to get better I don't know.

| If we sign Craig Hall then I'd really question rovers ambitions. The guy is only fit for NL1 rugby.

Sadly that's the truth of it.

| It is a shame. I think Craig is clearly very loyal to Hull FC but that his whole problem is that he's a confidence player and that has taken some big knocks. I'm not sure he's a NL1 standard player as if his defence could be improved there's little doubt that he'd be an asset in SL, as his attacking prowess is exceptional.
If he comes to Rovers I'd welcome him and hope his confidence grows.

| I'd take a punt. He is having a shocker at FC and his face on friday when he knocked on said it all. A couple of mistakes and again he is dropped from this weeks squad. The guy cant do any good in Agars eyes and is playing on eggshells. If the same were applied at Rovers Welham and Latus and Watts would have been dumped long ago. Sometimes a quiet word saying dont worry about the odd mistake, it wont cost you goes a long way.
He must feel that the next game he plays must be flawless with a hatrick or he's no good.

He's played over 70 first team games for FC. Fringe players have to step up when they get their chance and they are rewarded with first team selection, see Whiting and Houghton.

So if Whiting drops a bomb or Houghton knocks on at the play the ball they get dropped? I've seen Tansey dance all around the ball when it drops but he never looks like taking a fall.

Hall was in the top 10 error makers in SL in 2008, yet was played in 21 matches. Hardly in and out of the team.

Its all about how that player responds to his knock on....

| Talking to some Widnes fans last night, they would welcome him back with open arms, seems he had a good spell there.

| I personally think he would thrive at Rovers, having Justin as his coach he would come on leaps and bounds, just my opinion of course.
