With you saying you believed the parasol deal was more than Lloyds and the new sponsorship is the biggest in history i thought you may have overheard a financial conversation in a boozer or something? icon_lol.gif

Wouldnt surprise me if it was the biggest in rovers histroy. Finishing 4th in SL should have that effect and the sponsor has managed any risk by it been a 1 year deal.

It was widely known that Parasol paid more than Lloyds TSB for the sponsorship on the basis that they insisted on a "clean" shirt.
Mike Smith stated on local radio a few weeks ago that the 2010 shirt sponsorships were a club record.

So how does NH know that its one of the best deals in Super League? I would have thought that all clubs (and sponsors) would want to keep the actual sums fairly close to their chests.
