Did i say it would be announced today  The FACT is that he will be a Rovers player until the end of the 2012 season at least and it will be in the media this week

Just in case you haven't heard, Dobson is signed up till the end of next season.
If and thats a big IF saints wanted to pay a fee, it would be a very very big one. Have they got the money? I for one don't think they have.
