Can't believe I've only just noticed this thread, apologies to my fellow wrestling fans for not spotting it annd contributing my support. 
Wrestling IMO is one of the best forms of entertainment out there (give me a live wrestling show over a film any day!). If a show is done properly and well it's basically like going to watch a variety show - there's a bit of everything: great athleticism, intruiging characters and storylines, comedy and humour, the lot.  Anyone who slates it (e.g. "It's fake" etc  ) must never have gained any enjoyment from a movie. If they have then they are hypocritical IMO.
I attended the show last Friday, and as always NGW put on a fantastic three hours of entertainment for the fans.
For all the critics just give them a chance and see what you think, nothing to lose. 
And if you want to combine it with a great night out then get yourself a ticket for NGW at Welly Club a week tommorow (Friday 7th September), already looking forward to it.

I can think of nothing worse than watching pumped up 'athletes' prancing around in an ill-fitting leotard whilst trying to act. What you do in your own home is up to you Roofs but in my opinion, which is normally the only correct opinion, wrestling is not better than watching a good film.
Go to a circus of you want all that you mentioned and more, I'd recommend Cirque du Soleil.

| For anyone who's interested, NGW at Welly last night was a fantastic show and a great live wrestling experience (being the first show I'd ever attended at a nightclub!), a superb night from start to finish. |
