Got no replies back from the hosting company. As our subscription runs out on March 16th I've decided to look at better hosts that offer a better range of support with higher uptime. We've being with the current providers for almost 5 years and in that time the service has gne down over the last few years. Luckily enough the forum was backed up on Friday [size[i(Massive thankyou to John)[/i [/sizebefore it went down. I'll keep people informed on this but hopefully we should have the forum back online in the very near future.
