Quote: Anakin Skywalker "I think you could be very surprised then as an example I straight away know of 10 guys who will be watching the 'once in a lifetime' match over the MW match.'"
There'no doubt in my mind that it will effect a lot more than 100 fans of both sides.
I usually go with a party of 8 adults and juniors to the MW but as the younger members are also Hull city fans, we will be obtaining tickets and attending the F.A cup final this year.
I was also talking to a few other rovers fans in the pub after Thursday nights game who were either going to the F.A cup game or knew of someone who would be.
At the end of the day its a probable once in a lifetime opportunity for many and unfortunately it clashes with the Hull KR v Hull Fc game.
The thing which is more significant in my mind is,.... the fact that the MW is supposed to be the RFL's attempt at showcasing the game to a wider audience outside of RL heartlands, however, as the F.A cup final and its big build up (which usually starts early in the day,) will probably mean that few people outside of Rugby league will bother to tune in to the MW on the same day imo.
