| At least you made the final and picked up some good scalps on the way.
The rhinos have put 40+ points on Saints twice this year.
49 points on Warrington.
48 on Huddersfield (best defence in the league)
and.......
43 points in 40 mins second half on Hull FC as well as beating them 4 times this year.
Not many teams could have lived with Leeds last Saturday.
Your time will come.

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?: |

Not unless it's been re-let to Rovers, no.

| I can understand the Hull fans taking the pee ( I would have done the same ) I can even understand them putting banners on the bridges (I couldn't be bothered personally ) but to get up on a bank holiday go spend some money on balloons travel into town in the rain to take the pee out of your rivals losing a final is one of the saddest things I've heard and shows a real small club mentality something they constantly acuse us of

I totally agree, but it was I reckon about 20 of them max. And out of a fan base of several thousand, there are always going to be a few who think it's clever and original. Like you say the majority of us wouldn't be bothered, but every side (even ours) has its share of loons. They only made themselves look stupid heckling from the back and doing a bit of pantomime booing. Bless them!

I heard that one of them was in the dog house as he should have been at his mum's 50th birthday party yesterday afternoon. She was even more peed off that she had no balloons to celebrate the occasion. Loving, devoted darkside sons eh? Is there such a thing?

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

| Personally I'm too lazy to do the banners on the A63, and I don't live anywhere near, but it is very funny.
Hat tip to the people involved.

| There's a big fat bloke who lives on Preggy Rerd, although he might have moved now that it's all being knocked down.
Every single Sunday that we play, if Hull have won on the Friday, he parades up and down with his ABI caravans shirt with a semi on.
I always give him a wink, hoping that he'll give me a chase, a couple of seasons ago I started budding his windows, he refused to bite even when I put a kebab from that shop on the end of a fishing rod.

Couldn't find a definition of what "newly-created role of football manager" was. So I assumed the Guardian were right. I bow to your superior knowledge/Information/Pedantry (choose appropriate option(s)
Clubs have had 'Football Managers' for years including Hull KR who had the late, great, Mick Walker.
Mick was as far from being on the coaching staff as possible but played a very important role during his time with the club.
