No it didn't.
The words I used were 'Hold up' which doesn't mean the project is in doubt now if I had said 'Risk to the project' then you would be correct fortunatly those were not the words I used.

So after lots of false dawns we actually start something and just fail to mention it yeah I can totally see the logic there!!.
You had a go at me by claiming my post placed doubt over the build and yet you are now advocating us not mentioning it.
Exactly why that is the case is puzzling when even the most pesimistic of us fail to think it is now not going to be built unless of course you are having doubts yourself.
