why have neither cronk or prince played origin for 3 years, yet Orford, Kimmorly, Finch and Mullen have, if thats the case?

Simple they are not Jonathan Thurstonthe most dominant player for the past 3 seasons, the top 3 scrum halves in the NRL are all Queenslanders hence why some of the lower tier 7s get to play Origin albeit for NSW.
Cronk is the incumbent Australian 7 dont forget ahead of the players you have mentioned.

| Quote: SmokeyTA "big claim,
personally i think Prince is over-rated over here from his playing for Aus in the tri nations and i would put him behind Marshall, Mullen, Kimmorly Thurston and Orford,
However he is obviously better than Webster and only Burrow and Berrigan would be comparable'"
I'd prefer the opinion of a resident of Oz against the ramblings of Loiner.

Cronk has only played one game for Aus, in nothing test. Thurston will be back for the world cup barring injury
And i would agree that Thurston is the dominant half, Cronk is probably the closest to him, but i wouldnt put prince near those two,
i also think you are being a bit harsh on Orford and Kimmorly especially

| Brett Finch or Scott Prince would be an improvement on James Webster regardless of who is better than who in the opinion of various people.
Has James Webster ever played for Australia or at Origin level? No!
Have the other two? Yes!

As for being harsh on those 2 Orford has never done anything for me seems to be the definition of a 'flat track bully' and Kimmorly is past his best.

I must admit I do not know for certain , but the number falls to 9 overall next year , a reduction of 1 anyway.
To sign someone then 2 would have to go.
Not quite like this years free for all in recruiting , best of luck. welcome to the more akward part of super league.'"
James is off the overseas quota next season, Re:- his marriage to Lora.

Indeed.
I mean 6 tries in 6 games whilst playing on the wing is a dreadful return at international level .
