When that lot from wigan won their first ever game at the Halliwell Jones in an epic game, Smith shook hands with every player as they left the field. And this at the end of a massive derby. He also did the same when leeds knocked us out of the play offs with the last kick of the match. If he has a whinge about anything after a game, it's probably just about something the rfl do(or don't do)that's bugging him. Nobody can deny that he handles a defeat pretty well.(a bit too well for my liking actually )

When Smith moans it's usually about the RFL, very occasionally the inconsistencies of referees but rarely about the opposition or players.
