| Quote: SirStan "I would really love to have a sensible, serious debate with someone, anyone who thinks Sandercock should remain in his job into next season.
We were told the start was down to a tough fixture list. Then after a few wins, we were called "knee-jerkers". Well, taking the full picture in, 2 1/2 years of missed tackles, I have had enough.
The fact that only 6,800 turned up should be ringing alarm bells in Hudgells head. Rip up the contract Neil, it will never get any better under this clown.'"
hudgell's interview with gollum was interesting as he talked about it not being all about what is happening on the pitch. I presume there are big improvements being made elsewhere. He was also cagey about what his ideal outcome was so maybe it's about sandy staying but in a different capacity with someone else taking over the coaching?

| we started the game really well and had a couple of chances. defending our line we were great for the first 25/30 minutes but as things started to go against us our heads dropped again. Thaler was poor but he didn't miss tackles (again)
we need to go back to basics against Bradford. do the little things right and build on it from there.
personally I don't think Sandercock is up to the job. after 2 1/2 years we haven't improved a single area under him IMO. we can't even do a short kick off right.
the only positive from last night for me was Aaron Ollett who didn't look out of place and tackled really well too.

| I think it is time to part company with Sandy, I have been a supporter of him but recently we are showing that we are at best stagnating. Last night was appalling, yes we did not get the rub of the green with Thaler, especially in the first 30 minutes where he seemed to be ignoring Wire knock ons and other errors, but stamping on ours, but we expect that from him as it is his track record. When all is said and done, we can only control our errors, its us that knock on, shoot silly passes out, drop off players creating space for fast Wire backs not Thaler.
If that was our game plan last night I have to ask what the hell is in Sandy's head at the moment as the plan was amateur, if it wasn't why were the players ignoring the plan, it has to be one of the the two. I fear for the rest of the season at this rate, especially with our growing injuries and lack of quality cover and unless Sandy comes up with something we will be getting a few more of what we got last night.

| Just read sandercocks post match summary, wire were far too good!!! He's correct they were for us, a poor wire team, missing a lot of good players and playing at 50% were too good for us. He needs to be gone before the crowds drop to 5k. There used to be 8 of us go, were down to 4 and to be honsst it could be down to 0 if this clown stays in charge. I'm getting bored going, its becoming a chore to be there and I bet I'm not the only one.
the east stand crowd also need to learn the rule book, thaler was crap but a hell of a lot of his desicions that were derided were correct and he gave a couple of howlers our way. As the chats go the refs are right sandys shiiite, now he needs to do one.

| I'd give sandy the overall control of the youth department it seems to be what he was good at in aus and he had a lot of respect at but would he see it as a demotion I think he would I wish people would stop mentioning noble he seems to be the default answer to everything look at his record great success with Bradford side that massively overspent hence the mess there in now broke the salary cap with Wigan to save them scraped into the play offs with crusaders were they were beaten first round spent heavily at Salford to take them from 12th to 10th so I wouldn't want noble if I was going to take a chance on a young british coach I'd go for Rowley

Same here mate, I am a season pass holder along with my wife and we both said that we might not be at the next game, we put off a lot of stuff we could be doing to be at games, but after the last two it might be time for a weekend away instead.

| I agree with you barham about the ref he was poor and gave some bad decisions against us in the first half but he evened it up in the second half we just didn't capitalise on it but the crowd surprisingly didn't notice that

| The problems of overspending at Bradford where down to their board spending the money, not Noble. He may have requested the players but the board ultimately sanction the payment.
Noble is still a decent and VERY experienced coach, as is Kear. We need experience not youth in our coaching role.
Morgan got us promoted and one year got us to 4th in SL. He also provided game plans which evidently no longer exist.
Sandercock has delivered nothing. Some decent young players have come through but none of them are world class. Our class players have either been bought or were already going well before Sandy. If Sandy is so good at personal coaching why is Eden so crap?
3 years is a fair crack of the whip. Its not a knee jerk reaction. Under Sandy, next season we'll be playing the likes of Fev and Leigh in Sept. Anyone really want that?

The club has a nasty disease at the moment. Blaming the officials all of the time. Hudge is partly to blame for that but Sandy more so. This is affecting how the players react to decisions and infected the East Stand more than normal. We are MUCH hlbetter than this as are most of the players and we need to rise above it. The main cause of the infection also needs to be cut out - Sandercock.

| there's a good chance Paul Rowley will be in Super League next season with Leigh though.
I wouldn't want Noble or Kear to be honest but not sure who else is out there that could do a job for us.

To be honest, I tend to agree with the thinking that we do not get the rub of the green with some refs (Thaler, Hicks are the main ones), whether this is deliberate on their part is the question. There were clear howlers last night in the first 30 minutes, how we kept them out is anyones guess, but that didn't cost us the game, that was poor tackling, loose carrying and poor play options.
