| I was sat in the North stand today instead of the East, for a change, and i can't see how Lovegrove could've been expected to get that try.And Cockaynes been around long enough to have booted that ball onto Annadale Road.

cartoons/WB17.gif I've been on the internet and have already got a sense of the fans' passion for the club. They are very fanatical - Peter Gentle 12th September 2011.
Money doesn't talk it swears, Obscenity who really cares, Propaganda all is phony.
I'm the son and heir of a shyness which is criminally vulgar.
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way.

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?: |

Why would Cockayne have tried to kick the ball over the East stand???

Thought the turning point was the lovegrove bombed try, get that one and I think we're clear as it was they scored a set later. Did anyone behind the posts see if that wire try was good it looked long to me'"
It was well in. Looked in by at least a 2 feet

| Wire just about deserved the win, it was as tight as the scoreline suggests, but tactically they were better than us, and in Chris Hill, they had the game breaker.
I'd like to thank Tony Smith for his class once more. He waited to shake the hand of all 17 Rovers players as they left the field, as he always does at Craven Park. One of the games true gentlemen.

Maybe comes across as a true gentleman but IIRC he was once heard saying Hull KR shouldn't be in SL. This was a season or 2 before we got promoted. For that he will always be a git in my mind.

Heard by who? Why would he be interested in us in 2005/2006? He was Leeds coach at that time, our paths would not have crossed since he coached Huddersfield back up in 2002.

| Easier to be humble in victory, than gracious in defeat. It's the latter he struggles with.

| When that lot from wigan won their first ever game at the Halliwell Jones in an epic game, Smith shook hands with every player as they left the field. And this at the end of a massive derby. He also did the same when leeds knocked us out of the play offs with the last kick of the match. If he has a whinge about anything after a game, it's probably just about something the rfl do(or don't do)that's bugging him. Nobody can deny that he handles a defeat pretty well.(a bit too well for my liking actually )

| I agree with that ^
When Smith moans it's usually about the RFL, very occasionally the inconsistencies of referees but rarely about the opposition or players.
