If the plastic liquid projectile incident did happen then ...

a) It wasn't picked up by stewards on the ground and any eyes in control using CCTV, although I'm not sure if it would be monitored in real/live time tbh. No official complaint/report was made to the club by those effected, as presumably the projectile missed or didn't effect anyone to do so. Therefore club has no reason to review footage of an incident they're not aware actually happened.
b) It was seen and just ignored

I would like to believe 'a' would be the logical answer, although I would never rule out 'b' either. As sometimes I think the stewards main and only job is to keep an aisle clear, and any proper work is too much hassle. The art of lobbing beer in the east stand happens all too frequently, whether try related or directed at officials or opposition players. Yet, it's hardly ever acted upon. I recall a tv game, where a flash point occurred on the pitch right in front of the east stand and just so much in front of a group of lads, who in football circles I would call risk fans. They certainly lobbed one beer at 'some' player and I recall another missed. Definitely right in front of some stewards who definitely ignored what they saw.

In any event, my main observation looking @ the north stand was that it looks pretty easy to access the playing area from. In as much as, there's no security fence or barrier to realistically stop anyone. There's just the tiniest of tv pitch advertising boards which looked no taller than 40cm. Even Anakin could probably hurdle that. Obviously our game against Hull would be my biggest concern, but even the likes of Cas and Wigan fans have been a tad excitable of late. A small celebratory pitch incursion is possible/highly likely imo given the correct circumstances (important try etc).
