Same problem as every club faces. You lose players, you bring in replacements. Hey ho. We've heard it all before 12 months ago. Out went Green, Taylor, Watts, Mcdropit & Galea.

Fast forward a couple of months and the replacements assemble, to howls of derision from your lot, shopping at Aldi etc. The result being 10th last year, somewhere 6th-8th this year based on current form/remaining fixtures.

Sorry if it sounded defensive, it wasn't intended to. What I was trying to do was instill a bit of perspective.
Wigan have over the last couple of years lost a lot of their top players, key individuals who would seem like a huge loss. No one seems to think they are a selling club yet it would seem the whole of SL in reality are.

Players come and go from all clubs, always have and always will, as far back as i can certainly remember anyway.
However, in light of the fact that we have lost Dobson, Pea and Paterson, plus with the long awaited investment been on the horizon, i would think that Neil Hudgell and the board will now try and build the squad around such players a Greg Eden,Travis Burns, Josh Hogson, Liam Salter Alex Brown and some of the younger players, these are the future along with, two or three quality signings to replace the ones that will be moving on to pastures new.
