I personally think that if the poilce were able to make a collar right there and then whilst the crime was taking place it would help save them taking time and money to 'do enquires'.

Came down beverley high road this morning and there were 8 police at a radar speed check,so doing over 30 on a dual carriageway constitutes more of a crime than theft,whether it be from rovers ground or somebodys home does it.???

That's because it was a daft question. We both know not EVERY crime has to wait 2 hours for a response.

How do you know for sure that the police didn't have other incidents they were attending that were more serious?

It depends, was this happening between 1 & 3am when this crime took place?
