| will it be used like a big screen for every home match that would be great not just a score board will the ref at every game be able to use it  |

Can't see it mate, that would mean The RFL having to provide a VR for all our home games. I'd also imagine that seeing as all games involving a VR are televised that there would more camera's at the ground to provide all the angles, such as the ones along the touch lines and behind the sticks.

As PMH has said you'd need the same number and quality of cameras at the ground as for a televised match, and also a second official to serve as VR. Not happening.
However, all clubs video their home games and there are cameras there for the Sky highlights so it should be possible to show replays of tries at least.
