They are sublime when they get on a roll like that. How the game should be played undoubtedly. I hope they go on to win the title - as you say they bring shedloads of talent through and these young players aren't treated with kid gloves but given the confidence to step up by the senior players fronting up. Fitzhenry seems to be going OK in the NRL judging by todays game.
Clinton is going OK, Walker is injured otherwise a good player. Webster is very good & is badly missed. Ratu & Cook are what you expect for what we can pay, it would be nice to have all internationals but with our crowds & with cash tight we are lucky to have what we have got a not very palatable fact but we are stuck with it. I will still go & watch as they are my team.

At least the 20s put up a great display against their 'conveyor belt' of talent. Came back from 30-0 to draw 30-30 after nilling them in the 2nd half. Wouldn't do any worse than playing some of these kids instead of the 1st teamers, would probably do them good and give a kick up the back side some of them obviously need.

Well, that was a pleasant night out on Merseyside.
Positives to take? Erm...
The nice stewards didn't wang me out for having a cheeky fag round the back.
The chance to visit some proper RL toilets, although my slashing against corrugated iron technique was rather rusty since my last visit to Hilton Park and I think my Campers suffered a bit of splash back.
Doing a second take as I saw the team stood on the hard shoulder of the M62 and then wondering how many of them you can get in a Golf.
The amusing young scamps Saints fans stood behind us.
The chorus of "Four points to the Referee" when we scored in the second half.
Think that's about it.
One good thing you can take from a drubbing is the chance to watch quality players do their thing and not be that fussed because the games gone. Eastmond was terrific at times tonight and I'm not ashamed to say I applauded his try.
Oh, and that pub near the grounds quite a nice spot, real ale and little kids playing TGG on the old bowling green.
