Nope wouldn't have been that, It's Rovers who "froze the season ticket prices" by charging £60 and and offering vouchers, old books etc etc.

He didn't. Rovers club members got discount on at least one of the play off tickets last season, possibly both. IIRC there was a mention in it on the unnoficial forum last season....can't be @rsed to trawl through TBH.
