I think anybody with an affinity with Rovers has a problem.

Fantastic start from Rovers, short kick off, gain possession, force drop out and score in the 2nd minute.

4-0 Rovers without Wigan touching the ball.

Rovers then bomb another chance 10m from the Wigan line in the 5th minute.

Only 75mins to go

Two tries from Sam Tomkins in quick succession just before HT punishing Rovers errors gives the Warriors a 12-4 lead going into the break.

Not too bad. Still half a chance - though only if we score next, realistically.

5 tries in 12 minutes either side of the break have effectively ended the game.

28-4 to Wigan

For all that Wigan are good, the way concede tries in rapid succession is very poor.

We are heartless IMHO.

Whether it is behind the ribs or in the skull, I'm not sure, but we do seem to be very, very brittle. They shut me up last time, with a good little run after the Salford collapse, but it feels a bit like you're waiting for that fifteen minute spell where we drop out of contention with a when, not if attitude, doesn't it?
Maybe moved from having too much safe and steady (and limited and predictable, when it went wrong) under Morgan, to too much talented but erratic, without enough experience to leaven it - grizzled veterans who know how to dig in.
