The roof is been rebuilt but its just the smaller things thats ripped the heart out of the club, the kids kits, post pads, tackle bags, sheilds all burnt to a crisp, so upsetting. |

Who ever did this is a total loser and do's not understand the effort teams like HW park put into community rugby this is a bitter blow to them and I hope the person or persons responsible with be caught and justice is done.

I hope all gets sorted out asap, I am unfortunately not able to donate anything at the moment but hope the Beardshaws and all involved are able to get out of this without too much financial strain.
Just out of interest would The Sun newspaper be interested as wasn't Haworth Park called The Keeley Hazel or something like that and the grand re-opening done by her? It might enable a wider audience to possibly give something or even The Sun might take interest and help out??
Just a stab in the dark like but anything is worth a shot I'd say.

Tell the Sun that Leafy is cutting the ribbon at the re-opening and David Bates is the guest of honour. That'll get them interested. |
