Quote: we are hull "what a load of old tosh rovers and great fans don't go in the same sentence mate you ask half of them what there coach was called before morgan and the wouldn't no and i don't agree with wigan been the best away ground castleford for me'"

It comes as no surprise to me that you can't put together a sentence never mind a decent argument.

Cas a ground where you cant see the ball if someone puts a bomb up!!

No surprise that comment came from a bitter Hull fan though especially how they spend more time on the Rovers forum than any other!

Well, lets put it this way, I am not writing this on your board, does that not give some indication to you?

Our stadium offers best prices and view in the league probably, Hull FC didn't bring enough to have an atmosphere really though icon_wink.gif

Quote: nick hkr "Wigan is my favourite away trip of the season, its got an atmosphere to it like no other, you actually feel like its been worth the trip win or lose (thankfully we have a good reccord at your place!).

Not usually a fan of new grounds but the JJB offers a terrific view and comfortable leg room! Prices are very reasonable too.'"

That will soon change icon_wink.gif we have got a decent one at your place though, always great games between us and rovers, can't remember a boring one.

Yet another good contribution to a thread about Rovers fans on the Rovers board.

Quote: Odemwingie "I have been one to make fun of your fans for creaming yourselves over your own support but I would just like to give my honest opinion, which is that your fans are a credit to your club! You turn up in numbers everywhere with plenty noise and have the most consistent home average of any team.

Your fans are part of the reason why you have come so far in just 4 years. Hull KR IMO have the potential along with Warrington to be massive clubs in our game because we need a few more! With a better stadium and more seasons like this one you could average as many as the bigger clubs and be a real force in the game!

Hull KR are the reason we should not give up on the like of Widnes and Halifax as they could do the same thing coming back into super league.

Your club is a credit to rugby league and they have breathed life into a slightly pants season rugby wise this year.

Your fans were fantastic at the game yesterday, many sets of fans would of given up but you guys almost cheered your team into a second half lead and your applause for your players at the end after losing such and important game was awesome to see.

Your fans were great (appart from the odd few which every club has). I went into the bar at the ground and a Hull KR fan invited me and my friend to go and sit with him even though he was an older fella and we are just 18 year olds. We had a good chat with him and I wish we had more fans like him in the game! It was great to hear his stories about Hull KR as he had supported them for 50 years.

I think we can safely agree that once you get that stadium sorted, Hull KR will once again be a force in the game and beating Hull FC at Wembley
Nice post mate.
I said on your forum that your support at CP last night was brilliant

Thank you for your appraisal, you sound like someone with an old head on young shoulders, it has been a very good season for us all things considered, yesterday was dissapointing but never mind, there's always next season when i think we will be better and stronger.
I have also been supporting Rovers for many years(about 40) and remember the good times in the seventies and eighties as well as the not so good times, i see strong simmilarities between those times and the present, the way the club is starting to emerge from the doldrums,to hopefuly be a force in the game of rugby league once again.
Well done to Wigan yesterday, they deserved the win and could just upset the odds and take the title. icon_smile.gif

Considering I was complimenting the view at the DW Stadium and not comparing views at Craven Park and The Jungle I dont understand where your post has come from! But there again after the utter tripe you post it comes as no surprise!

In 85 just a few years after we came back to the top flight we won our first trophy and went on to have a very succesful era, I feel if Hull KR could get that first trophy then they could kick on and have a succesful era which many of your fans deserve after hitting lows no other super league team has seen. You have a few players who could be rememeber like players of our team were. Dobson, Briscoe, Newton....

I hope we upset the odds, I think we will beat saints but the GF could be a game to far if we beat saints in a tough derby. Who knows though we might be playing Catalans, their pack is top draw and they will be motivated (as eddie said, was he right for once icon_eek.gif )

Brilliant compared to what you normally get but if you want to see some brillant away support look at what we take to saints next saturday icon_wink.gif

Our fans were pretty good, but your home fans leave ours looking stupid.

Castleford??? You can't see the top of the sticks from the two touchline stands, worst ground in the league, 2nd only to salfords
