Looks like Celtic will be on the end of a few hammerings over the last 3 games.

As for their future , I can't see the RFL letting them fail after just one season in SL.

But how can the RFL allow easy games. Saints and Leeds are joint top, if Leeds are allowed to thrash a team of reverses from Celtic how would Saints react.

No disrespect to Celtic, but Widnes and Fax fans must be feeling like going ballistic.

The circumstances are beyond the RFL's control , but Leeds could certrainly benefit on the points difference.

I would imagine the teams that may have more to complain about are the ones who lost to Celtic.

I'm not sure if Halifax applied for a SL franchise last season.

As for Widnes , it was Celtic's business plan and expanionist location that made theirs a successful bid.

and no matter which team or teams will be in the same situation as cc and salford as the new boys as the gap is too far between the leagues so there is honestly no point in the franchises...

a team coming from a cap of 300k/400k will have to enrol virtually a new squad just to MAYBE compete.

can anyone see cc creating a team to compete in the next 2 years cos i don`t .unfortunately they are the hull city of the sl and nobody of any calibre will want to go and play for them.

it pains me to say hull city but as seen in the transfer market nobody of any quality will come to them, just unknowns or has beens

i agree i dont think the rfl will allow them to fail but having six 1st team players deported due to insuffient visas is bad management practice its amateur!

The club hasn't been found guilty of anything yet. Investigations still ongoing. At present, the only people responsible are the players. That's what the report says.
