They said on Sky that it was your first win at St Helens since 1985, Hudderfields first win at Bradford since about 1969. Funnily enough, when we finally managed a win at St Helens, courtesy of a one point win, we made Old Trafford, so who knows where it will all lead.

Well done Rovers, a great win away from home! As someone has already mentioned its been a good start for both Hull and Rovers, should be a cracking derby if form maintains which hopefully it shall.

3 points from these fixtures is very welcome , as from the corresponding games last season we did not get any return.

It always helps to play the big teams early on to get these shock results. The fixture list has been very kind to you this year as it was last.

Well done KR, nice to see the plastic scousers brought back down to earth. Think we must have tired them out last week for you

Without taking anything away from Rovers result yesterday we must remember we beat Saints early on last year, they still finished top and we didnt make the playoffs.

One consistant thing though is the great defence we have shown, its tough to break down although still having daft lapses that need to be addressed!

Seems Justin has a hoodo over half backs though, Bird (Bradford), Burrow (Leeds) and now Pryce (Saints)!!! Did I hear that Obst limped off at Wakey last night???!!

The way Wakey seem to be playing this year I am quite worried about the game next week just because they have speed on their flanks and work really hard down the middle even though they dont have the biggest of packs. We have what it takes to beat them but we have to treat them like a St Helens or a Leeds otherwise we will lose.

You should have beaten leeds too, they were awful!

Hardly awful but not at their best, they'd still have pushed any SL club close but yes I think with more composure Rovers would and should have won that game. Still when you become more experienced its games like that one that you will take the spoils by being composed and patient.
