Maybe more noticable as the JJB is up to the max allowable rake where as the North looks to be a lesser rake.

I posted all the info that was available and upto date at the time and in good faith, 5 weeks ago that still was the case, we met on monday, I actually chaired the meeting, where the current info available was that due to problems with the M&E (mechanical and electrical) and late changes to the enterprise pods, which held up flooring the project would be delayed, no one was privy to that info when I posted the 29th July as the completion date.

Please remember I am not doing this to attack anyone, but only to keep the fans up to date as information is sometimes hard to come by for some.

The financials have been done to death so I will not be responding to anymore questionson that front, but will gladly answer any surrounding the build project, re timetables or design features.

I've a ferw questions.

1) Is the big piles of dirt and the muddy areas behind the stadium going to be moved and the area landscaped. It's a right mess as it stands?

2) In the documents on the planning website it mentions that the current access to the East stand is also going to be improved as this is part of the access to the North can this nggot be done as a priority now. Current access is awful?

3) Are we going to spell anything out with the seats?

4) How many hospitality boxes will be created for match days?

I was at the forum last night as with regards to access for the east stand he club have been told the access to the eaststand will be in a much better state for the next home game.
Also I remember Smith saying there would be 10 boxes in the North stand. Hope this helps a little bit

The clubs fix will probably be to throw gravel at the problem. It needs tarmacing.
