| Quinlan has a better skillset at FB than Moss, but Moss is matchfit and playing well. A tough call for Sheens.
Ellis has been OK all season and ups his game when he can be bothered. The only problem is that he is ONLY OK, and his concentration. Marsh isn't good enough for SL and either Atkin isn't either or just too inexperienced. I wouldn't put Addy there either. ZDC isn't a great HB but might be worth a short stint.
I would put Blair next to Ellis to steady the ship and improve the HB kicking options, with ZDC or Atkin as replacements if a change of pace is needed, more likely ZDC as that is a dual interchange for Lunt and gives some interesting options. However, Sheens has only used Blair at HB once so I can't see it happening.
Masoe must play.

| If Masoe plays, then Sheens claims of his shoulder dislocating and popping back in is bull.
It takes at least 2 weeks for the tendons to settle and the swelling to go down.
I want the best HKR team at the LSV. We have plenty out, so failing to beat us should have no excuses.
I just hope you replace Catalans. Watch the RFL change some goalposts then!

| I would expect Leigh to have a good look at our left edge defence after Sundays efforts but i also feel their weak spot is Fleming and Dawson particularly Fleming looks very slight and neither are real speedsters.Neither are very tall either so I'd keep going at them and target Higham and their half's with plenty of big lads smashing into them.Sounds simple but will be a hell of a result if we pull it off. Will be interesting how the bookies price the game and what start we get on coupon.

Leigh always tend to exploit the strongest edge. That in return tends to make the opposition's attack weaker. Method in madness.
Either way this game will show just where you're at, intensity wise. Not sure what Mr Sheens has put in place to create those intensity levels this season, but we'll find out on Saturday.
Looking forward to it..Safe Journey.

Just had a peep at your page and the likely Leigh line up for Saturday and on paper the difference in the half backs looks marked but other than that we match up well imo.Feeling a little more confident about it than straight after Fax game which is slightly worrying as I generally expect the worst. How much of a doubt is Langi? Hope we have good game and Il settle for a draw right now and everyone's happy

| Only just recovered from looking at the score updates (ashen-faced, I imagine) for most of the second half against Fax.
When you're expecting to be somewhere around the middle of the qualifiers 8, it is like the agony of the MPG is extended over 2 months. One slip and you're struggling. Strange that mid-table is where the excitement and drama is in a league.
I'm not sure how much you can read into any single game in the 8s. You either win or you lose, then the narrative is written backwards. If Salford's forward pass had been called at the end of last year's MPG, the 2016 team wouldn't be remembered for choking and misfortune, but instead for doing just enough when it mattered most. If we sneak back into super league, Sheens will have kept our powder dry and the squad fresh. If we narrowly miss out we'll have never had a settled side and gone in to the 8s too raw. We're more or less where I hoped we be back in Feb - though Fax was a real scare on Sunday.

Not I hate the bloody thing it should have been 1 UP -1 DOWN and the team going up would have more time to get ready for super league no matter witch team it is

I'll go along with the 1 down... I was against it until we beat Salford to go above Widnes

| Apparently Big Mose was back in training today just waiting for medical clearance to be in contention for Leigh game.
I hope this is true, though I can't see how it was a popped shoulder if it is. I would have thought a popped shoulder would take a week or two to heal unless we have miracle workers in the Physio room.
