After another loss and a terrible performance the atmosphere when I got on the coach was flat to say the least. I looked at the coach next to ours which was full of Wigan fans. I couldn't believe it there was no celebrating the fans were just sat there eating their packing up!! admittedly the pies looked delicious.
I agree when you win Cups year in year out it must take the excitement out of it. It's not going to happen in the near future but can you imagine how much it would mean to Hull or Rovers fans if either of us won a major trophy? one can but dream... |

There's a big difference between the clubs. Yes; it's great for the fans that KR have improved. But despite getting a record drubbing, they're still upbeat. Still had a good day out. Still having a reception at the City Hall to mark the occasion. We, on the other hand, were grumpy, angry and generally peeved after the 2013 game to the point that it cost the coach his job. Rovers went for a good day out. We went to win, and when we lost it wasn't good enough.
Leeds have been a class above every other team this year. No-one would have beaten them. Other teams, however, would have given them a better game.'"
In a nutshell - although to be fair Neil said he was going there for the win and not just the day out. Should imagine he's over the moon. |

It was without doubt a bad day for Rovers regarding the hammering we took, but you know what? we will get over it, move on and come back stronger for the experience.
We will also have made a few quid to put in the bank, which will also go quite a way in ensuring we move forward rather than backward. |

Just had Facebook and Twitter notifications For the homecoming thingy tomorrow, it just made me feel numb. Lots of disappointed fans, lots of disappointed players and staff with bugger all to cheer about, which could be made worse if some of the fans decide to vent their spleens at the players. On top of which its 2 hours long which is going to take some filling after they've said sorry.
