Well after 19 games and only being level on points by chance Sandercock should be two points in front of the former assistant coach of Australia who ain't living up to his own hype. All these wind bags all over this forum wanting to gloat about the Paea situation but not one decent defence of their under achieving coach. I,'ll give him he has them defending well. They turn attackers around and put them face down on the floor. This gives them more control at the ruck rucksomething Rovers struggle at. However Sandercock seems to improve all his players and his attacking play is brilliant to watch. gentle's rugby is dire. The players attitude comes from the coach. He thinks he's above some clubs in the league and that shows in his players. Here's another question. Who's the biggest under achievers in the super league era. The mantle of the "Australian Richard Agar" is more apt for Gentle with his pathetic try scoring rate and his post-match interviews where the only reason for a loss is his team not playing well etc. when in actual fact he is an average coach with an average team.

Gentle has had a fairer run than most with injuries yet you're the 3rd from bottom in the try scoring chart where as Sandercock's team is fourth highest despite him having worse luck with injuries and worse decisions than any other coach in the competition.

The chickens are starting to come home to roost now and Sandercock is being proven as a superb attacking coach, a developer of players whilst Gentle is nothing more than a decent defensive coach who lacks the attacking ideas to ever lead any team to a top-four position despite the HDM propaganda machine saying otherwise.

There both decent coaches but i've got to go with Sandy as i'm a Rovers fan! FC fans say Sandy moans in every press conference after a defeat well that's true he's passionate and finds it hard to hide his dissappointment. Gentle on the other hand comes across as the most arrogant coach ever, Never giving any other team credit wrongly believing his own chairman's hype about his own team. It's annoying we lost to Cas because of our own failings not because Cas played brilliantly and deserved it. We didn't deserve to win at Magic cos WE played badly not that Rovers out enthused them for 70 minutes because believe me we were not brilliant ourselves that day. It's typical Aussie arrogance and it's annoying because all of the delusional fans are the same!!!
