I saw the in-goal official retreive a bottle thrown from our end, I also saw the stewards drag out a dick who tried to get onto the pitch.

Yes it did really happen and there is no excuse.
But I do advise to the Salford club that having a guy walk round the perimter edge with a 'Fosters Lager' logo strapped to his back and pulling a trolley full of chilled bottled said liquid available for immediate purchase makes the scenario eminently possible. |

It does and he earns his money walking up to the top of the east stand and back down again with his back pack full of beer |
