True, but should be a lot better for both teams next season. Pearson saying Hull are bringing in 10 new players, with ellis and possibly chase and/or holdsworth. easty has been telling us for some time now that rovers are bring in 8 quality players so both sides should be challenging the top 4 |

FC fans (plural) have been telling us for years that Hull will be top 4 next season and haven't. So why, because Easty (singular) posts something to suggest we are going to be challenging, should we believe him - or you? Let's start the year expecting transition, which is what it'll be. No hopes dashed that way, anything more than top 8 is a bonus. |

Really. I'd love you to run through all my posts and dig those ones out then. You'll be wanting to go back to around April time for the nearest post when I posted ONCE that I'd heard that Sandercock wanted 11 players to leave and hoped to bring in 8. It was a single post and certainly doesn't agree with your "For some time now theory" I've said many times recently that Rovers don't appear to have the money to spend to bring in 8 quality players. The club is having to pay for itself with no more input from the directors. Until the club gets on it's feet the best we can hope for is top 8, Anything above that is a bonus. |
