No. The "bigger picture" for Paea is literally "the bigger club". A bigger club with greater stability. His agent believes Paea to be an "elite" player who deserves to play at a club offering an elite stage. Mather spelt it out quite clearly. You must've missed itas he should have been joining a team higher up the ladder. It is time for him to move on now though.'"

It's a shame about the latter part, your own Chairman spouting about desperately-needed investment, the delay in the lauch date of the 2013 Season Pass sales as he announced crunch talks to see if they were definitely "going around again" in 2013, and, indeed, this season (2013) being his and Crossland's last in terms of financially funding the club alone, caused the very uncertainty that helped drive Mickey away.

No point in crying over spilt milk when you're the one that tipped it up, eh Hudge? And thank goodness for good old Mike Smith.

The name of the game in a salary cap sport is signing (and retaining) the best players for the least money hence why the top clubs are where they are. Besides, your pack gets bullied that easily the pressure on him will be immense.'"

Fresh from reading the paranoia seeping into FCs rumour thread, it seems L&I has 'heard' Paea is reneging on his move to FC, something about him exercising his right under a 27 day cooling off period.

Has anyone heard anything (other than L&I)?
