I think,(MR please correct me if I'm wrong) we vote via PM to MR. If it's a tie, then we simply choose the person we want to stay in the comp on here.

Here's what I put on their site (might mix the teams up in a couple of weeks, to breed a more convivial atmosphere.).

It is a secret ballot, and the banished retain a vote, so lying through your teeth might be a good plan.
