| Quote RescuedBlue="RescuedBlue"The irony of it is, they were discussing on SKY that if the cameras hadn't been at the game then the try would have been given and Hull KR would have won the game
However, if the cameras hadn't been at the game, the Donald and Senior tries might have been given as well and Leeds might have won by 20 points!
They talk like clueless forum members sometimes!!! (most of the time)'"
That's the infuriating thing about them lot on SKY. They bang on about one decision and how this may have turned the game, totally forgetting about other contentious decisions that had happened prior to this.
Swings and roundabouts!!!

All true - remember many years ago walking out discussing how a refereing call had robbed us of the game but now its a camera -but all in all I llike the camera but want it at all games.

Yeah tis a shame the rfl didn't have the guts to go with the idea after the trial at The Hull Derby last year.

| It was a knock on (even though Dobson's excellent kick deserved a try).
Had Jakes left hand been an inch or 2 behind the ball we'd have won the game but we coughed up too much possession I'm afraid.

| How much we debate the decision , the result wont change.
Rovers can take plenty of positives from the game and then aim to get the points at St Helens next week.

| I was absolutely baffled that there was even a debate. It was a clear knock-on and didn't justify the amount of time spent checking.

| Although the correct decision was eventually made I thought you was unlucky to get that call as I'm with John Kear on this, the replays should be shown in real time, and any tight call should be 'benefit of the doubt to the attacking team', as would have been in a game without cameras. The decisions are too pedantic and really look for a reason NOT to give the try. That play was worthy of 4 points for any team.
I tipped Leeds to win by 8 by the way

In real time Scott Donald looked to have grounded the ball for a try. Slow motion showed he was miles away and it was a knock on by plenty.
You reckon that should have been given?

The Webster no try? It was a scrappy kick through that Ryan Hall should have diffused and avoided this sort of discussion! He made a right mess of it and was lucky that Webster knocked on. It was hardly Ellery Hanley '88 Cup Final material!!

| It was the slightest of touches, but he (Webster) did contact the ball, correct decision given.

Morgan highlighted the incident as the turning point of the game.
"I have the same view as everybody else in that I thought it was a try" said Morgan.
"I couldn't see any conclusive evidence that Jake had knocked it on.
"That was a massive turning point in the game.
"If we get that all of a sudden you're six points clear and then it turned to a 10-point swing in the matter of a couple of minutes.
"That was a massive call for the official Ian Smith."
