Can't remember his exact words but, Ben was played at fullback because of Edens broken toe. He is playing well at fb and so has kept Eden out of the side.
If Eden improves the little things he is doing wrong he will get his chance again should Bens form drop.

I suppose it would've been harsh to replace Eden before the first game,but in my opinion,i think the broken toe maybe stop Eden from getting dropped. Eden did get his chance after the broken toe at Catalans,and obviously didn't impress Sandercock enough to keep him in the squad.
Over on the Salford board tho,they seem to think they're signing Billy Slater |

Was there anyone else on here who went?? What did you think,cos i'm questioning what i heard now.To me,Sandy sounded like he had had enough of Greg ?
Funny how different people get different conclusions..by the way,really hope Eden forces his way back in,he is a good player and i'm just a bit surprised he seems to be going back to his old mistakes when it looked like he was progressing last season.

It's in today HDM that he's said he has a future with the club. Was told to work on some stuff and rather him play at Gateshead the chance to correct them in SL was the better option
