I coached for a long time and we won 95% of games because winning is a mental state driven by a desire to CRUSH an opposition. Did FC look as though they wanted to Crush Wigan and strangle them until they screamed ? NO
RL is a tough tough game and Maylord She-dong you have no clue

surely he has to go out there with the determination to be the best player on the field and fight for a place in the first team squad? irrespective of the comp standard! I've seen kids try harder on east park! |

I don't know about behind the scenes, but as a season ticket holder I have seen the kid play well everytime he pulls the shirt on and he has often come up with crucial plays and tries only to be dropped. He is still young (25 ish I believe) and can play back row and centre and is BRITISH.
For me I would have him in the 17 (possibly in the 13 with Galea at loose) and drop Murrell who is not up to SL. |
