In 2016 he played a dozen games for Souths from, I think, round 4 or 5 and he looked like he could finally the hole left by Ben Te'o from the grand final winning 2014 side. He looked far better than ok. |

Point stands though he tried to be smart and get personal (again) about my family and totally messed up.
So back on topic as far as people know the non fed quota is full at Rovers so unless you release someone you aren't getting Carter.

You can have a British passport but that doesn't matter as he wasn't trained in England or Europe, so basically has to have played for a club's academy in that region.
Not sure on the age of when that applies though. |

Where have I been biased? Even when sarcastic I try to make some kind if point, shame others can't make.
You would think will Moss, Carney etc who can play on the wing, it would be him or Clarke? |

I think if he does come it won't be at the cost of losing a player pretty sure Clark isn't quota as others have mentioned, are you disappointed with jbf? He's had a lengthy lay off and been playing out of position? |
